"This is the worst hotel i have ever lodged. Very arrogant staffs, the worst is the restaurant. What i said here was my experience in that hotel. My 2 nights in that will never repeat itself again. I regretted lodging in that hotel, just was wasted my money. "

"Upon arrival staff informed us that though the room was prepaid Hotels.com does not pay the property. The owner gave the staff orders to collect local payment. We complied and paid with the owner's word that he cancelled the Hotels.com reservation. We waited for a hotels.com email but received none. We checked out after a sleepless night due to 3 bed bugs discovered at about 1 a.m. Upon vacating the next morning, the owner assured us of repayment for the one night we did not use by TUESDAY (tomorrow). Hotels.com does not give an option for information about this..Also the property claims to have 13 swimming pools but had only 1."

"I only stayed one night but the hotel was really clean and modern. I had a lovely meal at Azure grill and a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. The hotel is also ideally located close to the airport. "

"Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently "
