Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared stained, the toilet was poorly maintained, there was water leaking from the air conditioner, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more."
