"Nicely appointed room in the Harmony section of the resort. Several pools and the ocean front were easily accessible. Common areas were kept pristine at all times. Many meal choices, all well prepared and presented. Most importantly, all staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Obviously taking great pride in their respective positions. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. "

"Resort was beautiful with an abundance of amenities and beautiful grounds and views. The staff was extraordinary. They were always wanting to assist and did it with sincerity relative to making sure our stay was excellent. Definitely a bucket list trip for both St. Lucia and The Ladera Resort. "

"Rooms are very spacious and well kept (freshly painted, new appliances). Pool is very nice, gym is OK (excellent variety of equipment for a hotel gym, but kind of old/worn). Location right on the beach is fantastic — water is SO nice. And plenty of water sport options to be had. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Of note, we did have a bunch of minor problems — TV didn’t work, shower drain got clogged, key entry stopped working. They did fix them all fairly quickly, but I guess they could use a bit of a maintenance upgrade. None caused us anything other than a First World Problem! Overall, a very nice stay in Saint Lucia. I think other resorts may be nicer, but value here was definitely good from whatever else I saw. "
