"The location is in the middle of almost all the attractions. The room was kept clean and all the staff were friendly and courteous."

"Overall, the room was very nicely done. The bed was comfortable. Its downtown DC, so the was constant honking and sirens, but that was minor. Only one elevator was working at the time, so expect a little bit of a wait. The only offputting thing i experienced was a manager chewing out the person behind the desk infront of everyone. That was a bit unprofessional by the manager, and should have been done out of the public area. "

"Staff and service is always excellent at The Lombardy. It’s a very old hotel so rooms are a bit quirky, but that said they are comfortable, spacious, clean, and have big windows. The desk and door/car staff are always friendly, helpful, just super. "
