"The shower had a problem regulating the temperature, but it was a perfect stay other than that. I wonder if it is possible to have a few more electric chargers for electric cars? The parking was full the evening I arrived and then, the next day, the chargers were all full. This complicated my return to Montreal significantly, as Ottawa does not have a great supply of EV chargers."

"The hotel is solid. It is more of a motorlodge than a hotel. It is in an odd location in a housing division. my room was fine. I did have an odd experience, during the check in process i was given a room on the second floor, when I said that I had a big suitcase to load in and requested a first floor room i was told that it would cost $25 for the change, which seemed like a blatant cash grab and a bummer"

They also gave me a different room, because the mattress was too soft for me and I was grateful for that. No one is perfect, and for various reasons things can and do get overlooked sometimes.
