「A good Clean place To stay」

「Beside the fact that our room smelled like fish, everything was okay.」

「The hotel had good parking and check in was a breeze. Our room was spotless and the bathrooms updated. The TV was easy to use and lots of outlets for charging. The pool is not large but it is adequate and warm for children. Plenty of towels and seating there too. The breakfast was great - waffles, various kinda of eggs, bacon and sausages, toast, bagels, muffins, cereals, oatmeal and juices plus coffee and tea, yogurt, milk and fresh fruit. 「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」
