"Very clean fairly new hotel. Room was spacious, bed super comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Big reception area to sit and socialize, play cards and relax. The only downsize was the breakfast was sparse. It was well maintained and staff friendly but they need to add some more items to the menu. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. Our room was remolded, very clean and comfortable. The area is right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very quiet. There is a little restaurant just the road for dinner and a small coffee shop across the street that serves breakfast sandwiches and has great coffee. I would stay here again."

"Beware the induction stove! I booked the room to have a stovetop/kitchen, but it was an duction stovetop I could noy use it with my metal Italian coffee maker. Staff at check-in were good, but when I called about the stovetop later I was told they would be happy to sell me some suitable cookware and otherwise tough luck! The place is fully refurbished to a good level, my only real issue was the stovetop. Oh, and nowhere in the very nice shower to out soap and razor - no shelf at all!"
