「That’s was horrible. I felt bad to stay there , because since we were there they don’t prepare any towels and i send them actually a message that i need a towel but since they just said that they don’t have any personal at Hotel, and for the towels i can take first in the next day at 11:00 am- 15:00 pm. And we would like to take a shower but the drain is clogged and every single water came to the kitchen etc. is really bad. The Hotel is not for recommending. I’m happy only to see the Bad...

「have a lot of rooms. nice clean small single room. good breakfast. the only problem might be that in weekend the room facing to the street is a little noisy in the night.」

「太貴(我想可能因為科隆有展覽...)以外...，但地點近地鐵，旁邊有餐廳超市，離市區只有3站地鐵....，房間又大!!!但不知為何電視不能看....，還有一開始入住時要搞懂怎麼輸入房門密碼可能需要一些時間.....其他基本上是不錯的」

「It was very pretty and aesthetic. Pros: good breakfast, near porz-wahn station which takes you easily to Cologne Cathedral. I loved that they had a water bottle to fill. Cons: no slippers, no conditioner, only a shower gel and shampoo both in one bottle. No cleaning services which is fine, but the smart tv didn’t have access to apps like Netflix. Only cable. And it was all in German unfortunately. I would probably go back. But not so sure 」
