The hotel was amazing. This was our first time in Cologne and we had a great time. The staff was friendly, the food was perfect, and we loved that the hotel was walkng distance to the Cathedral. We will be staying there again when we bring our children to see the Cathedral.

The hotel reception staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from Our room was really nice. Cleaned every day. What I liked about the proporty was the very professional staff. From outside not very promising with only glass and steel: However, breakfast quality was four stars; great cake available; good quality of bed; first time I had minibar included in the price, composed of two beer bottles, apple juice organge juice and water.
