「Fredericks Lodge is an oasis in Kumasi. It is a convenient distance from the airport and is more of a boutique hotel. It is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and high quality linen. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day with a selection of Ghanaian and European options. This is my second time staying there because it is so welcoming and safe.」

「Clean room, functioning water heater, quiet environment, respectable staff. TV needed staff attention before it worked. I didn't get my receipt for my payment 」

She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she...

The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have...

「I like that it was clean and it had all the basic needs. I wish there was an iron inside the room versus having to go outside on each floor to get something ironed」
