"Einfach nur eine dreckige Umgebung! Hoteöeingang sehr dreckig. Die Zimmer habe ich nie gesehen. "The room was super clean, lobby looked great too. I really love that there were lots of storage space available in the room so the luggages aren’t taking up all the floor space. It’s also great that there’s a washing machine available in the room. I always find it frustrating using a shared laundry facility when travelling. The bed was also very comfy and consumables were replenished daily as needed. I would come back to this hotel if I visit Beijing again in the future."

"Jack in the travel desk was very very helpful. Breakfast had a great spread that's the best part of our stay. They gave a room earlier than check in time but it was smaller and they wouldn't give an extra bed they promised unless we followed up twicw. They don't clean rooms well, don't replace used cups or check if there is any toilet paper in the room. Front desk staff is ok ok"

"I booked executive room and my daughter booked regular room. The two rooms are exactly the same. It's dispointing. The food and drink in executive lounge are limited. The staffs in the lounge do not take initiative to serve gusets. There are several time slots everyday, that the lounge has nothing. The breakfast area, there is a wood piece on each table, one side is 'in use' and other sid eis 'free'. The staffs do not pay attention to the gusets sitting on tables. Even guests have left long time ago, the staffs still leave the tables as 'in use'. Each morning, we had trouble to get seated. I noticed many 'in use' table never had anyone sitting there. In the lobby, ther eare only 2 safa chairs and 1 love seat, together only 4 seats. All other seats are for restaurant and bar, had to pay to sit there. We stayed for 10 days, many small things make us feel uncomfortable. Very dispointed stay."

The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to other travellers."
