"Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get a snack from all the near by shops and restaurants late into the night. Free daily laundry! Nanlouguxiang can get very busy though. Be prepared for the crowds as soon as you step out of the hotel. Overall, we will stay here again without hesitation."

"skip the breakfast if you must. its the worst hotel breakfast i ever had & limited variety. hotel room just renovated so its modern besides that the hotel is quite dated like stepping back to the 90s. location is not too bad since you are 5 mins walk away from the shopping strip. my first time in beijing but i doubt i will stay near wangfujing again, shopping there is not that fantastic after all the hype i read. the hotel is not the cheapest too."
