「Older motel but room was not run down. Manager was nice and helpful. Full time resident is a mechanic and took up 5 parking spots. Revving engine at 7am. Dog poop all over the parking area. Outside area not maintained very well. Beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure. Food available in convenience store in front of motel but limited to what owner wants to fix. Motel manager assured me that above problems would be addressed. 」

「It was decent, definitely not any fancy amenities—though there was an outdoor pool available that we didn’t end up using. we stayed because it was within 30 minutes of bonnaroo—but that ended up getting cancelled and they refused to refund us for the room. 「This is a great motel. We have stayed here several times and will continue to make it our place of choice in Manchester, TN. The front desk is always very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area is nice and quiet. It is very close to the highway but you never hear any noise. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee). 」

「Staff was friendly and quick with check in and check out, breakfast was a little lacking (limited choices) but the coffee was good, room was clean though the bathroom could have been more thoroughly clean.
