「When I found where my room was located, I would have had to walk through a narrow walkway surrounded by construction materials and past some guy peeing in the bushes near the entrance of the walkway. I demanded another room elsewhere. Most of the room was shabby but clean - except for the one chair that was stained. In order to sit in it, I used a bathroom towel to cover it. 「Overall, this was an excellent stay! Quiet, clean, solid breakfast, pleasant staff, all you could ask for at a fairly inexpensive hotel. Five stars out of five stars in my opinion!」

「Upon arrival the front desk staff was so nice. We were given a room and it was filthy. It looked like all they did was make the bed without washing the covers which was covered in stains. All of the furniture had sticky spots and debris and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. When I went down, I was given another room no questions asked and the clerk was so apologetic (I didn't get his name which is so not like me because I love giving Kudos) . 「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
