"The hotel is great. Not realizing there was a significant charge for parking did t make me happy. Also the public is allowed to use their parking garage, so once getting inside, there are not parking spaces available except valet, which would cost and addition $24 or $25 ( can’t remember which). After driving through the garage for 25-30 minutes looking for a place to park, we followed what others decided to do, and just park in the valet spots. There was no other option if you wished to park there. Fortunately, thee was no fine the next morning inv. My suggestion is to let your customers know in advance, that you will be charged for parking (an additional $40), and stop allowing the public to use your parking garage that is already spread thin between 4 different hotel customers."

"It was overall a nice safe hotel. My only complaints that I didn’t take up with staff due to our late arrival, was the air not cooling enough in the room. It kept the room damp ish. And I found a random yogurt in the fridge that wasn’t ours. We watched a baseball game and came back ready to cool down and sleep and it wasn’t very refreshing. It was to late to keep the kids awake to get it checked out so we just slept with no covers. Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Beds 10/10"

"The hotel was very nice, but it is located near the drag-race and police chase hotspot of Indianapolis. It quieted down by about 3am. I understand it’s not in the control of the hotel staff, which were great, but remember to ask for a room on the side facing the parking lots."
