「Staff is very friendly. We booked a queen bed room and was initially given a two bedroom room due to a mix up. We unlocked room and before we could do anything else they came to us apologizing about the mix up. They then gave us a king bedroom and only charged us for a double bedroom. All of this without us saying a word! We will definitely be booking with them everytime we pass through, which happens often. Rooms and amenities are nice, clean, comfy and plentiful.」

「Parking was a breeze. We arrived at 9:10PM and were one of two cars in the lot. HOWEVER, THE HOTEL WAS PITCH DARK AND CLOSED!!! We found out that it had been closed for over six months, since the roof caved in, and is not expected to reopen for another three months. WHY did Expedia let me make this reservation and take my credit card prepayment? WHY did I receive confirmation numbers from Expedia AND the hotel? Expedia, you'd better straighten out this mess and get me a full refund. And figure...
