「This property is so sub-standard. The buildings should be razed they are so old. Paint is peeling inside & outside, wood trim should be replaced, old door locks are only 1/2 removed. It’s a dump. Long term renters doing brake jobs on vehicle in parking lot. What a mess. It was clean inside room. 」

「I ablosutely loved this hotel. I arrived hours earlier for check in and the kindly allowed me to do it earlier. The place as very clean and the staff took the time to explain where I could find something to eat. The coffee shop in the hotel has amazing Chai tee. It was my first time in Arkansas and I will definitely be coming back and staying at the same place. The location was perfect for me. I didn’t want to rent a car so I was able to walk everywhere.」

「Parking was convenient and safe. All areas were very clean. The only complaint is that the top sheet on our bed was so thin it had holes in the hem line.」

「The room was very clean, staff was always upfront ready to help. Wish there were better options for a restaurant next door because IHOP was horrible waited over an hour and never got our food so decided to leave back to the hotel and bought noodles from the front desk instead. Thankful the front desk had options to pick from. 」
