「Clean room」

「Parking was limited and we needed to go to a further away parking lot. Which was a bit of a bummer carrying the baby that distance . Everything else about the hotel was great! Very clean, comfortable, great views of city and river.」

「The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.」

「Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「I really enjoyed my stay. My only minor complaints are that the bed was way too soft and the elevator way too slow and only 2 for so many rooms. I also think all the single use plates, cups, and cutlery at breakfast is really wasteful and I would love a “real” coffee cup in my room, not one tiny paper cup. The staff were wonderful and I was grateful to get late check out. The proximity to U of S is second to none and having the parking was wonderful.」

「The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We were here on a golf trip and one of the guys had a medical issue. When they went to the front desk to get directions to the hospital the staff were all over it and immediately took control and the hospitality van driver offered to take him to the hospital. Once there he gave his card to the patient and said call when you need a ride home. Thanks for this would highly recommend this hotel.」

「The staff was helpful and friendly. My first room was disastrous,it was dark, the little fridge has no shelf or bars to hold anything in.AC not working The bathroom sink was clogged with things coming from the drain. The second room was a plus , AC works, bathroom was excellent, fridge was good, light coming through the window, MUCH BETTER.」

「I really enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and clean, the AC worked and it was quite quiet for being downtown. The bar has great beer on tap and the morning breakfast room is charming.」
