"Property is great and clean "

"This hotel is not for kids and family. Literally! I walked in and walked out. "

"Looked bad, smelled bad. Stains on the linens and spread. Reserved a king bed and got 2 full size beds. My husband and I slept in separate beds. His bed was made so poorly that he had to remake it Not enough towels, no housekeeping services. We didn't stay the second night but found another room somewhere else for the rest of our stay."

"Had a last minute trip for family, the room was clean, staff very friendly and was bed was comfortable."

"A/C worked great! Front office staff was very pleasant. Pricing was very reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for. Room reeked of smoke, I do realize it was a smoking room. We got this room because it was on the ground floor. But it needed deodorizer or to be aired out. Comforter and sheets had cigarette holes in them. "

"It was a very nice hotel nice couple that’s runs it very nice place is quiet the WiFi is good also if I’m ever in oakdale this will be my go to place 5star especially for the price they go for"

"Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was clean but they only come to clean once a week to clean again and there is no trash cans or cleaning tools so garbage piles up and room gets dirty on top of being well over priced for the services you get. "

"The hotel was not open. I confirmed with Hotels.com before going because of the hurricane. Hotels.com said they checked and it was open. There was no ref on the building when I arrived. Closed for significant hurricane damage. I slept in the car as everywhere in the area was booked. "

"The oyo hotel is damaged and closed. They should of called me and let me know it was not open. So don’t go there. It’s located at n Martin Luther king. "
