「Stunning setting- absolutely gorgeous hotel. BUT- No air conditioning and our room on the 4th floor was very hot. Restaurant is beautiful but dining experience very disappointing- mediocre, overpriced food and terrible service. Dinner a few miles down the road at the campground was better and 1/2 the price. Would stay again, in cooler weather because of the beautiful surroundings but skip eating here.」

「Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him.
