"Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel. "

"We were greeted well by friendly staff, room and bathroom were clean and well well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with options, including gluten-free ones (eggs, yogurt, rice crispies, and oatmeal. Service was friendly and helpful at breakfast. Thank you for a nice place to rest up before another day of travel!"

"The staff was wonderful. Everyone spoke English and we could understand the employees. Smelled clean. It has become almost the normal to go to hotel and smell what our family calls pine sol, cigarettes, and weed. Very nice hotel. "
