「Our stay at Burnhopeside Hall was one of our most memorable ever. Christine, our hostess, was delightful and helpful. The room was spacious and the surroundings could not have been more grand. 「Delighted with the hotel and the restaurant. This time my wife and I did not have our usual companion, our Border Terrier with us as we had been attending a wedding. We would love to use the hotel again, but. as there is a no pets policy, then this unlikely to happen. The refurbished bathroom with walk in shower was excellent with one little fault - the rain shower head really needs to extend further into the shower cubicle!」

「Excellent stay here. We asked for a quiet room, away from the elevator as we were bringing our dog. Our room was perfectly located at the end of the corridor. Room was quiet, spacious, clean and bright as we had windows on both walls due to it being a river view. Bed was massive and very comfortable. 「We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys.
