"We stayed on the 3rd floor, there was a family that checked in a few hours after us. There was stumbling, running and jumping around. The noise was so horrendous that I called the front desk to complain twice. Then after they settled down after over two hours of continuous noise. It started back up at 5am. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"The hot water was limited and the water pressure was nonexistent. We rented 3 rooms and none of them had water pressure for a shower "

"Seemed to be very old. Building was not like holiday inn express. Room seemed to be falling apart. Looks like the renovations were completed by someone who never did renovations before. "

"Had to move rooms three times due to poor conditions of the property. Toilet was rocking on the floor. No hot water. Cleaning personnel would replace towels but not make beds on an eleven day stay. Room keys continually had to be reset and every time we’d ask why, “are you checking out tomorrow?”, No! Still have sever days left, over and over. No discount offered, no effort to correct issues, just “we can move you to another room”, again…"

"I recently stayed at the Budget Inn in Cocoa Beach, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The property looked nothing like the photos advertised online. What was shown as clean and inviting turned out to be quite the opposite in person. The room was not properly maintained—there was a noticeable odor as soon as we walked in, and the floors, bathroom, and bedding did not appear clean. It felt uncomfortable to even settle in. The furniture looked worn out and outdated, and overall, the space gave the impression that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. In addition, the condition of the property did not reflect what you would expect from the listing. It was misleading and honestly frustrating, especially after choosing this place based on the pictures. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. There is a big difference between what is advertised and what you actually get."

"Clean good breakfast "

"As we were bringing luggage in a couple of cockroaches ran across the floor. Fridge smelled, bed was uncomfortable. The furniture holding the microwave and mini fridge was painted plywood. We packed up and left before we even moved all our luggage in. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice! Offered us another room but we said no thanks! "
