"We stayed here as a last minute decision after our flight was cancelled (king room). Perks: the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful and the parking lot lights were bright. Issues: the room was somewhat small, the shower water took 15 minutes to get hot, the patio door was very heavy and difficult to open, and the TV was in an awkward location. "

"Staff rude, when we were checking in, we asked for a room on the same floor as our friends , he yes just come back and we will have it ready. Came back a few hours later to be told there were no room on that floor. Told us that there would be no breakfast for the people leaving at 6:30am. There was but the smell in the dining area was discussing. Couldn’t even stay in there long enough to get coffee. Room was good. Could use an update. "

"Location was excellent, and the room was decent, But I would never stay at this hotel anymore because I had to pay extra to park my car and nobody told me that I had to do that. If I would have known I would picked another hotel."

"Building is a tired, old motel with “Baymont” hanging over the old sign. Bathroom has no countertop. Breakfast room was PURE CHAOS."
