「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「C est la vie de château, à tous de points de vue. Un parc arboré fabuleux, le château a un charme fou, de la piscine une superbe vue sur les Pyrénées , les membres du personnel sont charmants et attentionnés. Nous espérons revenir au château Clair de Lune 🌙 .」

「Hôtel très bien situé et c’est son point fort. Un peu vieillot mais ça fait son charme. Par contre la personne à l’accueil n’y est quasiment jamais. Il délégue tout à sa femme de ménage même l’encaissement d’une facture de séjour…!! Nous aurions pu quitter notre chambre sans payer… Difficile à accepter vu le prix et le peu de chambres finalement. 「We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.」

「The location is amazing and the staff incredibly helpful, my only comment is the amount of dust in the room, had allergies every night trying to sleep, the fact that the a/c is not working should be told ahead of the stay and there should be urgent care taken care of the black mold on the shower walls」
