Great views from the room and all around the Hotel.Mountain views with a river flowing beside it.Friendly Staff.The Hotel is solid stone building with heavy timbers inside and out which adds to the sense of being in a special place.

Amazing hidden gem

Clean and newer, just beware of height of the room. If you are taller than 5 feet make sure you dont get room 301 or 302. Restaurant crew fenomenal as is the food. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and a location

Great hotel in a nice location. By car it is easy to reach both from San Sebastian or Biarritz area. Nice surroundings away from the bigger highways.

Very poor

Where to start? Checkin slow and unfriendly. The safe didn’t work. Room was poor, no fridge, no tv, twin beds pushed together, not double bed, very tired. Restaurant food inconsistent, some nice food but some very bad, the duck we had was inedible and didn’t even resemble duck. I could not recommend this hotel at all, we were so disappointed.

L'hotel en lui même est correct mais c'est vraiment dommage et presque scandaleux qu'a ce prix là la chambre soit complètement vide. Pas de cafetière ni de café ni de bouteille d'eau ni de réfrigérateur. Rien, le vide complet ! Je n'ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel en Espagne. C'est peut être pour faire travailler le resto et le bar de l'hotel. Je n' y retournerai pas dans prochain passage.

Buena estancia,nos venia de paso de Pamplona a San Sebastian,eramos cuatro y esperabamos tener una cama d matrimonio y dos camas y las dos camas eran un sofa.
