「While early clean there was hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「We are older the toilet was so low we had to grab the door and the sink to get up. Also the bath tub and the hot tub were very slippery when standing up. Room327.」

「Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?」

「The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. There was even complementary chicken noodle soup and chocolate chip cookies. The breakfasts were great. Hot good food that was a perfect way to start each day. The location was ideal. We...

「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

「Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.」

「The Lodge was under construction when we stayed there so it was a little dusty - mainly outdoors. My room was just off the lobby. The noise from the lobby overflowed to my room until they closed the fire doors. I would recommend they close them earlier ~ 9 pm.」
