「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「My cottage faced a view of an SUV & a boat. My husband & I really needed a vacation. While the breakfast consisted of fresh baked goods, & the cottage was quaint, maintenance of it was so so. Housekeeping made the bed, but never replaced sheets. There were other issues, of which I made management aware of via email, when asked to write a review. For the money spent, we could've stayed at better known hotel. I really wish I could write a more favorable review, but unfortunately I can't. The view...

「This is a great hotel to stay at if you love to wake up to like views or sit outside at night in a calm, quiet area it was very relaxing. The staff were very nice. We did eat at the restaurant there Oak and order that was very delicious. I do recommend eating there. The only downside is I would like for the room to have a microwave so we can heat up our leftovers from the restaurant other than that everything was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. I will be coming again!」

「Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?」

「The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator! One of many special touches. The lobby offered refreshing specialty iced tea drinks as well as water, coffee and hot chocolate. 「The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.」

「Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.」
