Overall ok. Room was clean, with a broken mirror but clean. Breakfast area was nicely kept clean, breakfast variety and quality ok as well. The young lady that checked us in seems that it was not having a good day. Location: all around luxury car dealerships, few fast food places, and the beach is like 15 min drive.

Adorable property!! A block away from the bridge to cross over to Siesta Key beach. 7-Eleven 4 minutes away to get ice, beach necessities. Didn't use the pool, but there is parking in front of the rooms. The room itself very comfortable, full kitchen you can cook and it has all items needed to make and serve a meal, full size fridge, good hvac unit to cool the room. Sleeper couch in living room and queen size bed. Super cozy, cute and very comfortable. Would love to return next time we are visiting Siesta Key.

The property was amazing. Very clean. Well groomed grounds. The staff was friendly and my kids didn't want to leave. We will be going back for sure.

Plug in wall was broken and furniture was rearranged to hide the issue-but then the sofa faced blank wall rather than the Television-so moved it ourselves and discovered why it was like that. However it did not affect our service or create a problem for us.
