「The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and...

「The room had been cleaned very well, the walls, floors were scratched but that's just wear and tear. It was $100 a night, but clean and the AC and Heat worked great, fridge was cold and clean. A place to lay your head. The girl up front was very sweet, our tv didn't work and she switched our rooms immediately because she was the only one on staff.」

「I booked on advance to be ready since I was traveling with an Elderly person, when I got the reception, I was given a different room, they tried to accommodate me but it took them a long time after a different room tryouts finally got the one I've originally booked. To top it off I had prepaid for my stay and when I was asked for my credit card they charged me once again! And now im disputing it. Just awful experience.」
