「The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor. Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a...

「El recepcionista de la noche es terrible」

「Everyone at the front desk aided me during my stay at one point which is such a level of consistency that is often overlooked, the only hiccup was my last day I was in a rush for time as I was leaving and was not promptly asked for my bfast order and I must say the bfrast was great when I did have it. The bed was so comfortable, I really liked the spaciousness of the room.」

「Muito bem localizada, equipe acolhedora, quarto simples e limpo. Café da manha é pago a parte, simples e gostoso.」

「I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if...

「The dining options are limited, and the restaurant had a limited selection. However, the location was ideal for touring the area with a river view. The room and bath were a bit dated, needs a little upgrading but we well maintained.」

「Conveniently located in town but the room was small and everything was a bit old and worn.」

「This hotel was beautiful! Everyone who works there was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and made special by the surroundings of the dining room. We could easily walk to shops, markets, and the ferry port, but after one outing decided it's probably best to stay in after dark.」

「All of the above Very noisy」
