At check in we were greeted by smiling staff and a fresh cookie. Our room was very clean and tidy. The only complaint was that the ice machine on Floor 3 was not in service and how small the bathtub was. Everything else was fantastic during our holiday stay. Pleasantly surprised

Check in was friendly and quick. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I liked the option of logging onto my streaming accounts easily on the tv. Houskeeping staff was friendly and did not rush us out. Breakfast was not free but worth the price. Everything was warm with many options. We will stay here again in the future.
