"Amazing place to stay, and extremely friendly staff. We originally couldn’t find the hotel and a staff member came to get us at a local shop, escorted us and carried our bags to our room. They even met with us at our room for checkout to carry our luggage back up and offered to carry them all the way to the bus stop. 10/10 service!! Only note make sure you shower early or at night as the water may temporarily stop during high usage times though they’re super accommodating for this also. They gave us 20 extra minutes to leave the room so we could finish getting ready! Sunset was amazing and the food down at the bay was phenomenal!"

"Honestly my wife and I were exhausted but we arranged a pickup at the airport. When we arrived The Porter brought our bags down the mountain for us and Niko at the front desk took very good care of us. The breakfast was wonderful and they even left a little surprise snack when we checked out. Thank you to their entire staff for making our short visit memorable."

"The price is expensive for the amenities they provided. Their towels are old, bed is not comfortable and the sheet is rough. The receptionist are not nice and they are not good English speaking. Not impress with the stay in this property. You can get something much better with the price you pay here."

"Room and outside area we had to ask after 3 days to be cleaned properly as it was the same as when we arrived When we did give them this feedback they done this thoroughly but shd have been done daily On day one we wore our gowns and left on trouser folding table and still no maid folded them up or neatly hanged them up. We didnt use after this. Some hooks would be great. Or even a tissue box. V minimilistic. After day one had to pay for coffee and water. This should have been clear on website However we had lovely views and staff lovely Esp katerina who was an excellent communicator on her phone. Shame this phone wasnt passed to the next shift worker. Twice had to collect own t bags. Tone of towel charges quite harsh in room ie 35euros for replacement. I think unnecessary. People have common sense and if the basics arent provided such as tissue box then will resort to using towels what other option "

"Lovely little hotel, wonderful staff, some restaurants nearby including Mis Amis for breakfast Others are a 10 to 25 minute walk. There is a bus stop in front for trip to Fira. Lovely cats. It was too cold for pool but it looked lovely. Nice view from patio. Everything worked well. You could see the care put into the place."
