She was the most helpful person and communicated very well. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. She made the stay the most enjoyable we have ever had at a property. 「The location was amazing to watch sunset. I went before busy season. Walk was t too bad. You cannot reach the room by car- so you need porter or need to carry bags a little always. Very clean- shower doesn’t have a door- so bathroom floor was a little wet . I struggled mostly with communication- because there isn’t a front desk so hard to ask for replacement items. But overall very happy with it! 」

「Good side - room is spacious, nicely decorated and the view on the balcony is fantastic. Breakfast is generous and fresh. Downside - different from the description on the website, parking is quite a long way from the hotel. In addition, there are lots of stairs from the drop-off (bottom of the bay) to our room (on the cliff) with lots of narrow steps. You need to be very strong. In addition, room cleaning is upon request only. Nicolas is very helpful. 」
