Area around is very nice, a small shopping mall is like 200 meters from property. The room sounds a old place need some reno and there were several bugs in there.We had to change the hotel in the same area and the same owner but a more clean room.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência com o hotel. Os quartos precisam de manutenção, havia vazamento no banheiro. Também tivemos bastante dificuldade para dormir devido ao som alto nas proximidades durante a noite de sábado, e dentro do hotel no domingo cedo pela manhã.

Conforto compatível com preço, deixou a desejar na limpeza, opção para estadia curta de emergência pelo custo benefício, o café da manhã foi foi servido no hotel ao lado o Vila Verde e estava bom e sortido. Fui bem atendida na recepção.

Um hotel pálido....

O maior problema do hotel é um lado que é MUITO barulhento. Se ficar, peça quartos do lado do estacionamento. As janelas não têm vedação acústica, os quartos são antigos e em função disso, tivemos que trocar duas vezes em menos de uma hora.. ou era o barulho do quarto, a TV que não funcionava ou a luz que não acendia. O chuveiro é o melhor do quarto, além de um café da manhã muito bom ( mas que é do hotel Vila Verde, que fica ao lado e é parceiro). O nome Hotel Casa Amarela de ser amarelo de apagado, sem sal, sem alegria, sem condições. Ah, outro ponto bom, a moça que nos atendeu à noite, quando chegamos e só.

Reclamação

O Hotel, fica em um complexo com outros dois hotéis, porém na entrada, aparece o nome de um dos outros hotéis, o que gerou uma dúvida sobre a localização estar correta ou não. Após uma segunda abordagem e ao entrar para pedir informações, é que pude verificar tal situação. Comentei com a funcionaria na recepção e ela disse que vários hóspedes relataram a mesma dificuldade.

o complexo hoteleiro é muito aconchegante. porém ao chegar tenha em mente que vc vai ENTRAR em Vila Verde e a casa amarela faz parte do complexo. Tivemos que fazer o retorno da estrada 1x mais justamente por termos perdido a entrada... O local é suficiente pra repouso. Bem quieto. Cabe alguma reforma, porém nada que desabone totalmente. tv apenas com opçoes de antena. Se puder, frequente o restaurante do hotel Vila verde com acesso garantido e faça sua refeiçao à beira da piscina.

Bem bom, experiência valeu a pena

A experiência foi positiva, o atendimento super bom, com pessoas simpáticas e pacienciosas, sou uma adulta autista e recebi todas as informações que precisava, porém como era virada do ano e são 3 hotéis diferentes no mesmo lugar, fiquei um pouco perdida com informações cruzadas. Mas super recomendo, o quarto é bem simples e bem antigo, mas supre as necessidades.
