The apartment looks very new, is very well maintained and most importantly, its extremely clean. "We stayed at the Amari at the start of our 3 week trip around Sri Lanka and then again for a couple of nights at the end of the trip. My friend and I both think the Amari was excellent. I used the gym, the pool, and ate at the roof top restaurant - all of which were good. The staff was helpful when we needed to find transportation any where. The breakfast is outstanding and is a great place to try many Sri Lankan dishes. One of the chefs told me that he specifically studied SL cuisine. All in all, I'd happily stay there again."

The location is amazing overlooking the ocean and adjacent to Galle Face Green where you can observe the sunset and watch the locals flying their kites. The facilities are very good especially the saltwater pool, ideal for lap swimming. The breakfast and other dining options are of the highest quality."

"Incredible hotel as expected. Dining was expansive and delicious, staff in the restaurant were fantastic also. Check-in was friendly and kind, we were offered an upgrade for a small extra charge which we opted for. We were also able to get late check out for no charge which was very helpful and impressive. The horizon lounge was great, very good food and cocktails and the views were beautiful. Room was large and luxurious, my only slight downside is cleanliness wasn't 100%, there was dust and hairs on some of the fixtures and lightswitches etc. The hotel is in a very busy area, despite being on the 31st floor we could hear music and base coming from a party location nearby up until 4am on one of the nights."
