"First time checking in to JW KL and I’m satisfied with the stay except there isn’t any long handled shoehorn. Overall stay is good with good bed to rest and the noise is not too disturbing as it’s facing the road. Home attendant are friendly and very responsible in their work to ensure the room is cleaned. No regrets in staying here for 3 nights and I like the gym. It’s spacious. There’s a good variety spread for breakfast too."

"Very comfortable stay and convenient location. The gym had good facilities with modern equipment and a large space for stretching and freeform. Skybar is delightful. However, it was frustrating that I couldn't order breakfast as I didn't want to partake in the buffet at the full price, but was told I couldn't be seated for a simple coffee and pastry. They need an option in the breakfast space for guests who don't eat like the locals."
