「Very comfortable stay for a family of 2 adults, 2 elderly and a toddler. There is a play area on the fourth floor which was fantastic for the little one. A gym as well for anyone wishing to keep fit whilst staying. Would definitely stay again the next time we are going to Malaysia.」

「TV channel tak menarik. Terhad sangat. Untuk regular customer juga takde keistimewaan even Kluang Cafe ada di sebelah hotel. Sepatutnya paling kurang set roti bakar beserta kopi pun dah cukup untuk menu sarapan pagi untuk regular customer. Owner yang sama. Takkan nak berkira? Sediakan small freezer untuk family room jika boleh. Mudahkan anak² kecil untuk sejukkan minuman.」

「住宿空間不錯，也有電視可看，洗手間及浴室有開窗，房間也可看到城市景觀！服務人員有禮貌，飯店有電梯很方便！ 電梯灰塵有點多，沖澡時水柱很強也很舒服，但是剛我那間水退得有點慢，導致洗完澡後有點淹水！ 搭大眾運輸過去的話，還真的不太方便，比較推薦搭grab！」
