"Staff Wouldn’t allow for our party to stay at location because every member didn’t have a physical ID. Never had a hotel location ask for every member to need an ID in the first place so after producing a digital copy for half of party that still wasn’t enough. So they wouldn’t allow us to check in nor would they allow for a refund. Even wouldn’t allow for hotels to help fix the situation when they called on behalf of us. Extremely unprofessional and weird behavior."

"Gerald was super nice, he let me ring the awesome bell and upgraded us. Place was absolutely amazing, will go back just to stay in the hotel. "

"The bed was not comfortable, the breakfast buffet in the lobby was terrible. My room was beautiful, although I reserved this king suite with a jacuzzi, the jets in the tub did not work. The location was great, there was a market across the street with a Starbucks, there was also many stores and restaurants nearby.I was really disappointed."
