Nice neighborhood with restaurants all around and a tesco a couple of blocks for any other items needed. Hammersmith station is a short walk to get to tube. Hotel was older but cute and clean.

This hotel is very handy to Terminal 3 and 2, with free intra-Terminal trains running to other terminals (allow at least 1/2 hour). It has great beds and is quite soundproof from air traffic noise. The upstairs lounge provides good free coffee. The only issue is locating the hotel, but helpful staff at the Terminal 3 DEPARTURES area will direct you far down to the end of a corridor. Look for overhead signage, not immediately, but later once you turn right upon entryto Departures. We would DEFINITELY use this hotel again at Heathrow Terminal 3.

Great vibe great location

The Sofitel is an incredibly convenient hotel that delivers for T5 travellers.

The hotel was perfectly located for the Hammersmith Odeon,the room was clean but a little tired, the bed was very comfortable,parking was awesome situated underneath the hotel I didn't have any time to use the amenities or have breakfast in the morning. The stand out for me was the staff, everyone I interacted with were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful, I would stay here again purely for the staff wonderfully trained and just the right amount of interaction with me without that feeling of falseness you get elsewhere
