"This is an older hotel that has been updated and maintained well. I know, because I spent the night here in May 1976! My room was on the 6th floor, elevators are quick, the room was quiet with a king bed, desk, couch, and the usual mini fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee pot. Bed was very comfortable. Black out curtains. Good breakfast with plenty to select from. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is convenient to so many places like Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, downtown Cleveland, close to Akron, right off i71. Strongsville has a huge mall with all the stores you need, it's right up the road. Visiting friends or family or in the area for business, it's a clean, safe hotel to stay at! Recommend!"

"We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff always make you feel comfortable and always ready for a friendly chat. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the fitness center was very well stocked. We did not have to go out for dinner because there is an attached Mexican restaurant which was delicious. Everything was very clean and housekeeping staff were very attentive. They even have a patio at the pool to sit and relax. We have found our new home away from home :)"

"My stay at the hotel was nice..i wasn't in my room much. I came for my 40th year class reunion. But it was nice and quiet every night when i came in tired and ready to go to bed.The front desk staff was very nice and helpful..my room was very clean and comfortable 2 things that i was not ok with.. I could not take a bath...i had to take a shower..for some reason they have the shower button set and stuck in the upward position..I have a bad back and hip so standing up in the shower was very painful for me..They could have offered more varieties for breakfast..everyone does not eat waffles..sweet cereal..But overall my stay was good. I would consider staying again when im in Cleveland. "
