One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub /resteraunt next door while we waited. "Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking. "

"From start to finish everything was just perfect! Directions to find the hut were clear and check in was easy, the hut was beautiful and had everything you need for a lovely little weekend away. The hot tub was amazing - sitting out under the stars enjoying a drink or two! We ordered more wood for the hot tub and it was dropped off to us in no time at all. We took a short drive to Belvoir castle for coffee & cake - a nice little place to have a look round if you fancy getting out and about....

"Great location for Lincoln city centre. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. Car park was good and safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice restaurant area although it is best to book for busy times. The decor is a little out dated but they are currently undergoing refurbishment so will look good when finished. All in all a very pleasant hotel. We would definitely stay again."
