「Excellent parking and a great location」

「We used to stay here but then found a new hotel that we liked better. We ended up booking here again this past weekend because our favorite was sold out. We had two rooms and neither party was happy. Complaints were that the elevators take FOREVER- I think we waited close to 5 minutes one of the times. The beds were not comfy at all (sagged in the middle) and the linens felt like rough towels. The breakfast was hardly edible and then of course you have to pay $20 extra for parking- not to...

「Great stay for our visit to Boise. The hotel was clean, safe and the location was great. We have recently decided to go back to staying in hotels, after disappointing Airbnb experiences, and our stay at the grove reinforced our decision! The road and outside noise was very loud, even though we were on the 12th floor, I guess the earplugs on the nightstand should have been my clue! They did help.」

「We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.」
