「This property has good parking and lots of it. The staff is very nice. We had 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights. The refrigerator my room didn't work. I told the staff about it and they said they would send the maintenance guy up. When we returned later that day the room had been cleaned but the frig still didn't work and never did the whole trip. Had the frig in our 2nd room not worked, I would have complained again. As it was, I used the ice bucket full of ice to set down in my cooler to keep...

「I'm 74 years old, not handicapped by any means but can at times lose my balance. In the shower there was no bath mat nor grab bars. I fell, hitting my ribs on the side of the tub. Luckily I didn't break any ribs, and the there i was folded up inside the tub wondering if I could get up or not. I went to the desk and asked for a manager but of course there were none on site. The desk clerk said that there was supposed to be a bath mat. I don't know who's fault that was,housekeeping or maybe there...
