"The elevator was not working and we were not made aware. Our room was on the third floor so it was a bit of an inconvenience going up the stairs with our luggage. "

You’ll get a breakfast voucher if you choose to eat there, which I wish I would’ve been told at check in and not when I had a plate in my hand trying to serve my small child. "

"The hotel was nice but I had an issue checking in. I paid in full on hotels.com. Receipt in hand with digital copy as well. I had an email saying I was PIF, I had my credit card statement on my phone, I had hotels.com reservation pulled up. The hotel staff kept me standing there for half an hour while they figured it out. Not sure if it was the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but someone messed up. I knew I had to provide a credit card at check in but I was not letting them charge me again. "

"As soon as we walked in, there’s was a half drank Coke bottle on the floor. Stains all over the carpet. Stains on the ceiling. Hardly any water pressure from the sink. Pillows were thin and beds super hard. "

"Room was very nice and clean. The shower base was cracked we told someone and they took a picture. Staff was awesome, the girls at the desk were very friendly.Breakfast has a lot of options but the warmer didn’t keep the food hot. Pool was nice. The outdoor fireplace was nice to have as it was chilly a couple nights."

"I stayed there one night. In the morning I found a bug in the shower, and possible a second one. The entire hotel smelt like a pool, the elevator door took an entire minute to close, and the girl at the front desk was rude the night I checked in. "
