"One night stay for a turn and burn flight. No one at the front desk initially. Elevator down, so only first floor available. Was placed in the back by the exit door, so a lot of unwanted traffic and noise when trying to sleep. "

"I went there cause of the hot tub to do at night with the kids. It was broken both days even though i asked them to fix it. They would not give me a credit or discount as i only booked them for this amenity. The front desk guy said well its too bad and nothing he could do. Said he would have the maneger call me. They never did. And they didnt care how there problem disappointed my kids and other parents kids cause it was cold at night. They did nothing to fix it. But the guy at the front was completely rude and said what did i expect him to do. When i asked for a discount he laughed. Ridiculous "

"This is an older property. No elevators. The only amenities is a pool and VERY limited breakfast. First, you will pay a $50 deposit. The clerk will go inspect your room at check out to verify no damage or an "extra" cleaning is required. In other words if the room is not clean. You wont get it back. Now once you check in, I will say the rooms are well cleaned. You will receive one set of towels and one room key. There are no ice buckets in the rooms. There is an ice machine on property. There is a pool and was open when we visited. The showers have a shampoo and body wash dispenser. I "

"The elevator was not working and we were not made aware. Our room was on the third floor so it was a bit of an inconvenience going up the stairs with our luggage. "

"Room was very nice and clean. The shower base was cracked we told someone and they took a picture. Staff was awesome, the girls at the desk were very friendly.Breakfast has a lot of options but the warmer didn’t keep the food hot. Pool was nice. The outdoor fireplace was nice to have as it was chilly a couple nights."

"I stayed there one night. In the morning I found a bug in the shower, and possible a second one. The entire hotel smelt like a pool, the elevator door took an entire minute to close, and the girl at the front desk was rude the night I checked in. "
