「Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. 」

「Nice apartment a very reasonable walk to the train station the castle and cathedral. Good dining nearby. 」

「Decent spot. Could use a real couch. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. 「Cool location and fantastic place to stay. 」

「A home away from home! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely one-bedroom house. From the moment we arrived, the host gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. They were friendly, attentive and always happy to help. The place was spotless and the room was clean, comfortable and well kept. You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful」

The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
