"The food was not very good. Several items were undercooked and some were cold when they should have been hot. We expected much better for how expensive it was. Also, we have a special needs child and we informed to them in advance, but they still had little to no care about his well-being. There was an team building event that was very noisy and they did nothing to help. But whenever our child was overly excited and made noise because of his sensory challenges they were very quick to tell us to have him quiet down. They claim to be pro children with disabilities, but this was not our experience and we caution others to with children with sensory challenges to question the staff extensively before booking to make sure they have a chance for a better time than we had."

"My son and I stayed here in the beginning of our travel and then again before we flew out. The staff were wonderful, they had an amazing spread for breakfast buffet (I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included if offered), the room was beautiful and clean, and the pool! Well you just have to see it to appreciate the different levels tha lead to their beach! Thank for a wonderful stay!"

"The room and bathroom needs updating. You can tell that it’s had its life. The pictures online are deceiving. The cabinets are chipped. There’s dark lighting in the bathroom and what appears to be dirty grout. The hair dryer barely works - it overheats within seconds and you need to wait for it to cool down before a second round of attempted usage. The bubbling tint on the window is very distracting and aesthetically unpleasant. It would look better if the tint is simply removed. I guess you get what you pay for. I would have upgraded to a nicer hotel even if it was just an overnight stay from a late arrival flight."
