They are always very courteous, helpful and hospitable, and their place is a paradise to stay in Austria in either Winter or Summer. Each cottage has everything you will need for a night stay or a week long stay; plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, mini fridge, etc. It was easy to get into after hours with the door code that was given via email the day of arrival, clean, updated, and the views are amazing. Coming from the United States I was concerned about communication with the staff, but they were all VERY friendly, spoke English, and very prompt in email...

「Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten, allerdings fehlt eine Klimaanlage – was bei wärmeren Temperaturen den Aufenthalt weniger angenehm macht. Die persönliche Ansprache mit "Du" mag sympathisch wirken, doch dazu gehört aus unserer Sicht auch, dass man umfassend informiert wird. Leider fehlten einige wichtige Informationen: Wir wurden z. B. nicht darüber informiert, dass Bademäntel und Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich an der Rezeption geholt werden...
