「Unpleasant smell throughout facility. Elevator broke down. Two night stay; requested room be cleaned while we were out (left room at noon, came back at around 8 pm, room still not cleaned. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. Not a pleasant experience.」

She was friendly but continually complained about the system taking too long. We headed to our room only to find a room that someone must’ve laid in bed smoking cigarettes for 4 days straight. 「What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...
