"Friendly & helpful staff. Generous, hot breakfast daily. Clean room with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Gym was well equipped & easy to access anytime. Good WiFi & TV. Near plenty of restaurants & shopping. Easy access to I-40. Will definitely return here when in Memphis again."

"Front desk staff (including security and valet) were outstanding. Cleaning staff seemed not as friendly during the free times I saw them. No saying hello, or evening returning the greeting, on the phone, or just not as customer-aware as the front desk staff. Also appreciated that air and heat worked in the room. Only negative regarding the room is the lack of ice dispensers. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely consider this one of my first choices in the future. Great job to the front desk/security/valet staff - I appreciate you all. Finally -- no one was at the front desk when I checked out (approx 02:45) - so I had to leave my keycard on top of the laptop at the front desk. Just a FYI."

"I had inadvertently booked a for a week later and didn’t realize it until check- in ; the reception agent worked with me to find a room anyway but could not honor my Expedia price due to MY error. I was pleased and would stay again"

"The staff are very nice, breakfast was served and there parking. Entering to the front desk smell great and clean. Going to the room was okay but once we enter the room the sofa were dirty. You could see the stain more because the color was a lighter. It had a kitchen and the washroom and bathroom were clean. We didn't stay anything because we were so disappointed and disgusted. We went another hotel which was the double price."
