"Minutes from the rainforest. This is a top notch resort. A higher floor will give better rainforest views. Sweet little casino too. Loved it. Food and drink are a bit high, but probably in line with 'resort' pricing. Also a very nice touch, they give you a water bottle at check in and there are refilling stations by the elevator. If I come back to PR, I will stay here. If you want a tranquil beach setting, this is not the place. Very rough conditions. Mini fridge for use in rooms. "

"Yes there is plenty of parking at the beach and in the parking lots in front of the hotel and my car was safe during my stay. The air conditioning was very cool and the bed was super comfortable. Paula at the restaurant was very sweet and helpful."

"Great Hotel with great potential, nice pool area, and the view of the mountains was great! I think the only negative experience was the isn’t a front desk/check in area, someone showed until 8am. "

"Great location. Close to the beach and Kiosks. Lots of extra charges tacked on to the room fee. Staff was inconsistent from super friendly to can’t be bothered. Breakfast was pretty standard. Juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread bar, and waffle maker. "

"Room service is only available at additional cost during the stay, regardless how long you stay there. The weather is humid so not having free room service is really not ideal. "
